There are two options that I can use. I can either go to AWS ECS to check the container metrics(like memory and CPU) and Elasticsearch+Kibana for the response times.

The second option is built by our Infrastructure team. We use Grafana to monitor all out container services in a single place. It contains the container metrics, response times, and much more. The screenshots that I took were from Grafana as well.
